Hello! I’m Andrea, as a caring and compassionate individual, I aim to provide you with a safe and supportive environment while working towards your therapeutic goals and fostering a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and understanding. Life can bring a variety of challenges, and I intend to create a space for any challenges and concerns to be explored openly and free of judgment.
I believe in the power of connection; together, we can navigate the therapeutic journey. Tapping into our inner strengths and recognizing how we can bring these into our everyday lives. It is expected to feel intimidated when trying something new, but with the right enthusiasm and motivation, we can work through concerns while adding new skills to your toolbox for later when needed. Whether you are experiencing work stress, anxiety or depression I am confident that we can collectively join together and embrace this new journey.
A bit about me: I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I embrace diversity and prioritize creating a space that celebrates differences, and I can commit to bringing this mentality into sessions.
I have a very energetic four-year-old boxer at home, so I spend a lot of time getting outside and love finding new hiking trails. When I am not outside, I am usually in the kitchen trying to teach myself how to cook different foods or snuggled up with a good book. I prioritize balance and holistic well-being, so I always look for new ways to fill my cup.
Tatum Bedard (She/Her), RP
Location: Virtual Sessions Available
Treatment Specialties: Anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, sexuality, sexual challenges and daily life stressors.
Hi there! I sincerely applaud you for taking this leap, considering therapy is a courageous decision. From my own experience, I understand the difficulty in reaching out for support. I would also share how beneficial this experience was and is. I hope this for you too.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I hold a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. As a client-centered therapist, I value a collaborative and authentic connection with you, as you are the expert of your life. I use a variety of therapeutic frameworks and interventions, including, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and ACT. I value meeting clients where they are at in their life, drawing on the past if necessary for what is coming up in the present. Together we can explore your needs to continue building self-awareness, coping strategies, and healing.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, reading, spending time with my friends and family, and watching movies!
Ebby Taqi (She/Her), RP (Qualifying)
Location: In-Person and Virtual Sessions
Treatment Specialties: Anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions and more.
Hi, I'm Ebby.
I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist can be just as challenging. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
I believe that every person has a unique story, and I approach therapy with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect for your experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to better understand what you're going through and identify meaningful steps toward change.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Method principles. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Having worked extensively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, I value understanding the many experiences, identities, and relationships that shape who we are. I offer therapy in both English and Arabic and strive to provide a culturally responsive and inclusive environment where clients feel respected and understood.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people are often stronger and more resilient than they realize. My hope is to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain new perspectives, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with your values. I am continually inspired by the courage it takes to seek change, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover their capacity for growth and healing.

Hi, I’m Dami. I’m really glad you’re here. Taking the step to begin therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when life feels overwhelming, heavy, or uncertain. You may be navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, academic or career pressures, or changes in your relationships, and are looking for a space where you can feel supported and understood.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapy space where we move at your pace. Together, we explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and clarify your values to help you create a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. My approach is client-centred and strength-based, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I believe healing happens within a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy travelling, trying new things, reading, colouring, unwinding with a good TV show, and spending time with people who mean a lot to me. Values that often show up in my work through care, curiosity, and genuine connection.

Tamarah Corrigan (She/Her), RSW
Location: In-Person and Virtual Sessions Available
Treatment Specialties: Stress management, anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, interpersonal relationships, substance use, and life transitions.
I help post-secondary students and young adults create balance and find a sense of well-being.
Are you grappling with feelings of stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or mood fluctuations? Are you overwhelmed with academic pressure, fears about your future, or feeling isolated socially? I know how you’re feeling, and I have created a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. We will explore who you are as an individual and what kind of life you would like to live by discussing your values and what ultimately makes life meaningful to you. Together, we will work to improve your overall well-being, while emphasizing self-compassion, so you can address the pressures of being a student, or starting a new career, without feeling engulfed in stress.
I have been working in mental health since 2020, and prior to 2020 I supported post-secondary students on campus. My own lived experience, combined with my training and education in evidence-based approaches, such as ACT and CBT, help me to truly understand your experience and support you with moving through difficult emotions to feel lighter and more fulfilled.
As a human, I truly believe everyone has unlimited potential and capacity for growth. I value one’s own lived experience as knowledge, and encourage clients to bring this to session as we work collaboratively. I provide support that is rooted in being client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. My approach is compassionate, warm, welcoming, and collaborative.
Sabrina Freer (She/Her), RP

Treatment Specialties: BIPOC, anxiety, stress management, relational challenges, self esteem and identity, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma.
Have you been wanting to talk to someone about how you’re feeling? If so, hi, I’m Sabrina!
I believe that we can all benefit from having a safe, supportive space to unpack our feelings and experiences. Especially when you’re in a place where things feel built up and have become quite heavy - mentally, emotionally, physically. You don’t have to navigate this alone. There is strength and courage in reaching out to a therapist.
We will work together to process feelings/emotions and past experiences, find healthy coping tools that feel right for you, foster a positive, realistic inner dialogue, explore self acceptance and self forgiveness.
I am very client centred - I believe you are the expert of your own life. My goal as a therapist is help you feel heard, validated, and support you in building a stronger relationship with yourself. I meet you where you are at - every time. If you relate to this, connect with me for a free consultation and we can explore your goals, needs, fears, worries - and everything in between.
A little bit about me - I am a mom to a baby boy. I am embracing the journey of new motherhood, trying to stay present, practice gratitude and simply just enjoy all of the seasons of change and growth. I love travelling, trying new foods, sunshine and laughter! I am a huge advocate of self care and a healthy balance in life.
Please remember, it is totally okay to not be okay.

We are faced with many different stressors on a day to day basis. Continuing to feel stuck, overwhelmed, unhappy, and worried can limit your capacity to cope with these difficult feelings. Taking care of yourself can look different for everyone. Having the space to work through your experiences, past and present, can help you understand yourself more.
